Writer Khalid El Khatib recently went to twitter share it It’s sure to get everyone in the holiday spirit.
Every year his mother sends him and his siblings an email that Khalid calls “home for the holidays.” This is a kind of agenda detailing family activities during the holiday season.and when i say Refinementin the case of Khalid, that really means it.

“An incredibly thorough and detailed look at how you can gain 15 pounds in a week,” Khalid joked in his tweet. The tweet is complemented by a screenshot of the email above, which lists various festive activities each day from Sunday, December 18th through his week after Christmas.

Well all this still begs the question how do you spend this much biologically possible?
