The Redditor begins with the information that his girlfriend has some lines that she manages at work. This information is important to the development of the case, as these workers meet in the morning to wait for the assignments she needs to prepare. Amazingly, one day a new director appears, takes control, begins to organize, and basically takes over the company’s culture and daily morning routine.
The first thing he started was the mandatory early morning meeting at 8am every day. The OP’s girlfriend requested that the meeting be delayed by at least an hour for him. However, the new director assured her that the meeting would not take her more than 15 minutes, and on top of this, the other workers agreed to meet first thing in the morning.
