31 Inconsiderate and disgusting things
While it’s natural to have individual habits, it’s important to consider the impact our actions have on the people around us. After all, we often work, travel, or go shopping surrounded by other people. There is already a lot of nonsense out of our hands in the world. You don’t have to contribute to it.
So start your quest to become a compassionate passerby. In one viral Reddit postCreated by a deleted user and asked everyone on the platform: In just a few days, this post received over 5,000 comments. Many of them detail our annoying behavior. The most popular answers are:
Call on speakerphone. Seriously, hold the phone up to your ear. No one wants to hear your conversation.
When I worked at Starbucks, when I worked at the teller, some guy came in with a pickup and ordered a Venti caramel macchiato, so I wrote. When I open the window and charge him he’s a normal bastard but when I come back open the window and give him a coffee he takes all the trash out of the truck during the drive thru There were receipts, Kleenex, McDonald’s rapper Tim Horton cups all over the ground and he was doing this as if it was the most natural thing in the world. I was. I said, “What are you doing?” And he said, “They pay them to clean it up.”
It was rural Alberta, and things got worse when an even bigger guy got out of an even bigger truck behind me and told Litterbug to move. Did. Bro had to call the store to complain, I still had to pick up the trash and I was written but I don’t know if he thought I was his fucking drink I redid it just to see the look on his face as he watched him throw away.
Pissan.
People occupying the entire aisle of the grocery store. Push your s**t to either side so others can shop.
Don’t let people off the train before you try to cram them into a full car. Just drop people off and you have more room!!! How do you live/work in a city and don’t learn this by day 3!?
Go up/down the escalator and stop to find your next destination. As if the rest of us had no choice in our moves. We stack up behind you!
If you’re waiting for me to get back from my place so you can take it, that’s cool.
I have to pass because there are people who pass me and then keep slowing down. Cruise control always runs at the same speed. Please select a speed. No lane change required.
I’ve seen some kids literally in the front row of a movie theater taking selfies with their bright a*s phones the whole time. Like wtf bought your ticket why bother going to the movies is it?
People who don’t wash their hands after using public restrooms. I work in a store and see them often. Horrible.

This is where every casino touches everything: screens, cards, chips. Over half of men don’t wash their hands after using clappers.
Do not chase dogs. I live in an apartment complex and see dogs everywhere even though there are free buggies and trash cans. It’s literally in the lease agreement and they need to start enforcing it.
People who don’t lead dogs. regardless of their recall ability. When a dog runs up to me and my dog, the owner always says, “Oh, okay, he’s friendly!” Yeah, but you know who’s not *ISN’T*? A 13-year-old dog was leashed beside me.
Also cat owners who let their cats roam outside completely unattended. My dog has been attacked twice while on a walk.A completely unprovoked ambush. I was afraid she would lose her one eye.
I don’t know how to put it in, but I’m not navigating the store correctly. You have to navigate the store like you would drive a car. When you leave the aisle, stop and give way to the person in the main aisle. Lie down while walking, and park properly and out of the way if you need to stop and look. Check your blind spots.etc
A cyclist who acts like an action movie hero. I was taking a video while riding a bicycle, so I almost got hit while walking.
we have a girl [watches TikToks loudly] in the bathroom at work.More than once I thought of turning off the lights when I was out
