Reddit user, u/letwinRecently submitted by Mr. who used to work as an IT technician story I remembered how the platform’s “bad compliance” community implemented a bonus system based on key performance indicators (KPIs) instead of having their bosses offer them raises.

Disguised as a golden opportunity, the change was actually designed to swindle u/letowyn and his colleagues out of more salaries. But the employee found a way around it and began planning his day around his one goal: hitting the benchmark.
