It’s nearly my birthday!! And we ’re celebrating with this Tomato Basil Pasta weighted with burrata cheese and heated breadcrumbs. You ’ll want to produce it immediately.
It’s principally a combination of all my favourite effects. Pasta – duh. My manual Basil Vinaigrette that I ca n’t live without – obviously. Burrata – my most favourite kind of rubbish of all times. Heated Breadcrumbs – to give the whole thing a slight bite. And the most perfect summer tomatoes that are at the growers request right now and I ca n’t feel to get enough. It’s my favourite pasta of the moment and I can promise you that you ’ll be inversely as obsessed.
The burrata gives, what would formerly be a succulent pasta dish, that redundant creaminess that makes it 100 infectious!
