Having kids definitely makes it harder to balance personal life and work. Parenting can be very expensive, and school days often end hours before workdays. And when it comes to celebrating the holidays, it’s easy to assume that children get more from the magic of Christmas than adults do. there is. It’s just part of a healthy work-life balance.
It can be a delicate dance trying to help a parent without hurting a childless employee at the same time. In this situation, the worker clearly deserves a vacation because she worked hard and was able to spend time with her family while her co-workers worked her three consecutive weeks.
