Yes, that’s right. One night, as the OP was leaving for his next night shift, he saw it starting to snow heavily, so he walked around his neighbor’s car and picked up the wipers. But in front of his new neighbor’s truck, the man hesitated a little. After all, he hadn’t yet discussed neighborhood traditions, but decided to offer this small but important help anyway.
And the moment the poster lifted the wipers, a neighbor ran out of the house and instead of mincing words, started swearing at the OP, demanding he leave the truck immediately. When the neighbor’s wife runs out into the street and starts cursing him, the OP wisely decides that the best solution in this situation is to simply leave.
He had to wait until the morning for the closing ceremony.As the OP was driving home from work, he saw his neighbor’s wife desperately trying to tear the frozen wipers off the windshield.Children were waiting in the car – apparently they were already late for school. The woman called the OP for help, but he was adamant, remembering that just hours ago he literally swore to her and her spouse never to touch her car again.

According to the original poster, a neighbor shouted insults behind him as he walked home. Asking someone to insult you is irrational, to say the least. wrote a commenter.
