Find out what's in season this March

I’m so glad we made it to March. The days are getting longer and I love how the spring sunshine lights up our kitchen. We even found fresh green daffodil leaves in the neighbor’s yard yesterday. We just got back from a week in sunny Maui (Grace enjoyed the waves on the beach!), and we’re recovering from some colds we brought back.

Asparagus is coming and we will finally have more fresh fruits and vegetables to use this month. I hope to cook my favorite green curry soon, shown below. You’ll find more seasonal recipes in this post!
