TikTok shows Norwegian tradition of letting babies sleep outside in cold weather surprises Americans
Walking down the street on a cold February morning, you see a crowd of empty strollers. This may seem a little strange, but you realize that inside each of them is a living baby, sleeping in the freezing winter air. They seem to think this is normal and don’t seem to pay attention to the dozen or so babies who are alone outside.
Well this was the surprise reaction many people had to Australian TikToker Olly Bowman I will post about the situation above. He shared a clip of a baby sleeping in a stroller outside, giving some context on the tradition.
For most people, an abandoned child left in the cold is a cause for concern.
