A year-end bonus (also known as a “Christmas bonus”) is compensation paid to employees at the end of the year. So if you perform exceptionally well, hit your key goals, and hit your milestones, you can expect financial (but not exclusive) rewards.
Most workers would agree that a little is better than nothing, but in some specific cases that’s not exactly true. TRUE It’s cheap.
